From New year to Easter time, two cheese makers will make you discover live cheese making of Gruyère AOP in the « Chalet de la Confrérie » next to La Maison du Gruyère.
Every Sunday from the 7 January to 24 March
Start : 11.00 am
End : 1.30 pm
It is also an opportunity to taste whey, curd and Gruyère AOP.
No cheese making by low temperatures.
